The transport and logistics system of the city (TLSG) provides an innovative solution for building a communication system of a city (settlement) with their division into several non-intersecting transport levels for their intended purpose.

The transport and logistics system of the city as a promising invention is included in the list of “100 best inventions of Russia” and included in the innovative album by the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences (RAASN) for proposals for use in urban planning.

International Protection of the Invention in the PCT System

The PCT includes 153 Contracting States. The PCT system provides a unified procedure for filing international patent applications, simplifying and more cost-effectively obtaining protection for inventions in several countries participating in the Patent Cooperation Treaty. At the international phase, when filing an international application for an invention, a patent search is carried out, the patentability of the claimed invention is established, and the international patent application is published with the invention prioritized. Further, the national phase is envisaged - the protection of the invention in the state selected by the applicant, with the receipt of a national patent.

The international application for the invention “Transport and logistics system of the city” was published by the World Intellectual Property Organization (International Bureau) in February 2018 under the number WO 2018/030915 A1. Currently, applications have been filed for obtaining national title documents (patents) to the Authorized Bodies of a number of Contracting States, taking into account their national law, economic potential and interest in an innovative product.
